  • The importance of a healthy lifestyle

Healthy lifestyle is very important not only for athletes, but for everyone who wishes to have a healthy brain and body. Despite all the work and tasks that a person must take care of, healthy body must be a priority because it controls your whole life. A healthy lifestyle helps people achieve higher quality of brain usage as the brain work at its best when it takes everything it needs. Also, a healthy lifestyle can help building a great body shape. Mahmoud noticed this importance lately. However, he was able to change his life style and find time for both his studied and sport. After 1 year he became a personal trainer while he is still studying.

  • An advice from  an expert

Mahmoud Fathalla is a health and sport expert, he advice you not to take the healthy lifestyle as a stressful experience. We should be enjoying the healthy life style instead of being strict and limiting our self. A healthy lifestyle is all about balancing between all the elements of food. The body needs a certain amount of each element. Mahamoud Fathallah also mentioned that prohibiting the body from sugar has the same effect as eating too much sugar, balancing is the best solution He talked about the importance of healthy food and showed evidences by telling us how it is responsible for over 70% of the healthy lifestyle, and sleeping well is responsible for 20%, while training which people think is the most important factor affects the body by 10% only.
